Contesting Charles Truax’s Will

Theresa Clayton of Lakewood is contesting the will of her father, Charles Truax, who committed suicide at Wayside a short time ago. Mr. Truax left all his property to his wife. Mrs. Clayton charges that undue influence was used in getting her father to make his will, and that her father was mentally incapable of making a will. Aaron E. Johnston is her counsel.
