Mrs. Margaret W. Newing of Long Branch City, widow of William Newing, died suddenly of heart disease and dropsy on Sunday of last week. She was 76 years old. Mrs. Newing was the daughter of Elizabeth and Jacob DeNyse. On Wednesday, June 14th she celebrated her 76th birthday. She leaves five children. They are Mrs. Aggie Conover, Mrs. Cornelius Emmons, Mrs. E. E. Tabor, Mrs. Horace Curtis and Archie Newing.

Per the Death Notice Mrs. Newing was aged 76 years and 3 days.
