Mrs. Elizabeth Covert, widow of James Covert, died at Wayside on Tuesday of last week, aged 79 years. She had been in feeble health for a long time. The funeral was held at the Wayside Methodist church and was conducted by Rev. J. W. Morris. The body was buried in the Wayside cemetery.

Mrs. Covert leaves six children. They are Mrs. Alfred Hall of Ocean Grove Heights, Mrs. George VanNote of West Asbury Park, Mrs. Thomas Bennett of Bradley Park, Thomas Covert of West Long Branch, Matthias Covert of Tinton Falls and Tucker Covert of Wayside.
