Peter H. Tinson, a colored minister of Matawan, died on Monday of last week, aged 57 years. He had been in failing health for several months but had been confined to the house only a few weeks. Mr. Tinson was twice married. His first wife died about two years ago and a short time later he married again. He and his wife did not live together and his daughter Alice kept house for him. He leaves also another daughter who lives at Philadelphia.
