Captain James M. Brannin of Manasquan died on Monday of last week of Bright’s disease, aged 90 years. Captain Brannin was a sea-faring man in his early days, but he gave up that occupation in middle life and engaged in farming. He was obliged to give up work about eighteen years ago on account of failing health. One daughter, Mrs. John Newman of New Bedford, survives him.
