Wills - NJ - 1900 - John R. Sutphin
|
John R. Sutphin of Manalapan township made his will October 19th, 1891. He left all of his property of every kind to his wife, Catherine Sutphin, for
her use and enjoyment during her life. The will also provides that if his wife, wants to spend sell, assign, give away, convey or in any other manner
dispose of any or all of the property, she shall have a perfect right to do so. If any of the estate is left at the death of his wife, then whatever
part of the estate is left shall go to his daughter Jennie. His wife and daughter were made executrices of the will. Mr. Sutphin died last month
leaving a wife and three children.
