Mary Martin's will was among those probated last week. Mrs. Martin was an aged woman who lived at Leonardville. She died last summer, leaving three sons, James and Alexander Martin of Atlantic Highlands, and Daniel Martin, who is keeper of the Highland lighthouses. Another son, Thomas, died after the will was made. She owned some real estate as well as some personal property. She bequeathed all her estate to Daniel, Thomas and Alexander Martin, and she made James, the other son, the executor of the will. The will was made January 28th, 1880, and was witnessed by Mark L. Mount and Mary A. Mount.
