|
Thomas Stewart of Asbury Park left an annuity of $200 to his father, John Thomas Stewart of Andover, N. J., to be paid annually out of his estate. All the rest of his property he left to his wife absolutely, but made the payment of the annuity to his father obligatory on the estate. Carrie E. Bird and Charles E. Cook were the witnesses to the will, which was made October 30th, 1900. Mr. Stewart's wife, Rose Stewart, is the executrix of the will.
