Dr. Joseph E. Arrowsmith of Keyport left everything he possessed to his daughter, Annie M. C. Arrowsmith.
Dr. Arrowsmith was twice married, but both his wives had died before his own death. He left two children
by his first wife, and none by his second. One of these children was Annie, who had lived at home with
her father, and to whom his entire estate was bequeathed. The other child was also a daughter, Mrs.
Lorenzo G. Woodhouse of New York, who is now traveling in Europe. She was not even mentioned in the
will. The will was made June 15th, 1896, with J. M. Wilcox and Obadiah C. Bogardus as witnesses.
