New Jersey Obituaries - 1900 - Cornelius McGregor

Cornelius McGregor of Freehold died on Sunday, January 14th, aged 71 years. Death was caused by paralysis, with which he was first stricken on Christmas day. He was again stricken on New Year’s day and from this attack he never recovered. Mr. McGregor was born at Edinburg, Scotland. He came to this country in early life. In 1859 he married Miss Catharine Ryan of Freehold and she, two daughters and three sons survive him. The children are Mrs. Jennie Morris, Miss Mary E. McGregor and Joseph P. McGregor of Freehold and William and John H. McGregor of Long Branch.
