A Will Contest

Monmouth County Heirs Looking After Their Interests

G. M. Clark, father of Mrs. Josie Pittinger and Mrs. William J. Leonard of Atlantic Highlands, died a few weeks ago at Connecticut. He left all his property to his widow and at her death the property is to be equally divided between his four children, the other two children being Emerson G. and A. T. S. Clark.

When the will was offered for probate last week Mrs. Pittinger and Mrs. Leonard asked for time to consider whether or not they will accept the terms of the will. Time was extended until to-morrow. The two daughters have petitioned the court in Connecticut that a conservator be appointed over their mother on the ground "that she is both physically and mentally dependent on others and under subjection and subservience to and control by designing person or persons." The two sons are executors of the will.
