Lydia W. Hebberd died on April 22d at the home of her niece and nephew, Miss Mary R. Conover and Alphonso D. Conover of New Monmouth. She left two houses and lots and two vacant lots in Brooklyn. One house and lot she left to her niece, Mary R. Conover , and the other house and lot she left to her nephew, Alphonso D. Conover. Alphonso D. Conover also gets one of the vacant lots and a half interest in another, this one being equally divided between he and his brother, Dr. Claude A. Conover of Newburg, New York. In the event of the sale previous to her death of the lot left to Alphonso D. Conover, the will provided that the sum of $200 be paid to him. The will directed that the sum of $250 be paid to Miss Hebberd’s cousin, Edmund Murray, and with this exception all her personal property is to go to her niece, Mary R. Conover. The will was made in October of 1898, appointing Edmund Murray executor. The will was witnessed by Charles R. Snyder, Mary S. Frost and Joseph A. Tilton.
