Mary Tindall of Allentown Gives all Her Property to Her Children and Grandchildren

Mary Tindall of Allentown made her will October 12th, 1895. George H. Vanderbeek was made executor. Mrs. Tindall left $600 to be divided among the children of her deceased sister, Hannah M. Anthony, Thomas C. Anthony getting $50; Frank Anthony $250; and Annie A. South,wife of Joseph South getting $300. To her daughter, Eliza B. Smith, widow of James C. Smith, Mrs. Tindall left $1,000 and two shares of stock in the Farmers’ national bank of Allentown. To another daughter, Louisa W. Bastedo, wife of John Bastedo, she left $1,000. To her son Cyrus F. Tindall, she left $700, together with all notes and book accounts which she held against him. Another son, Charles Tindall, gets all notes and book accounts which she held against him and $50 in cash. She ordered that her property at Allentown be sold to her daughter, Alice A. Jones, for $1,800. To her grandson, Charles, son of Cyrus F. Tindall, she left $25. All the rest of her estate is to be equally divided among her children, Elizabeth B. Smith, Louisa W. Bastedo, Cyrus F. Tindall, Charles Tindall and Alice A. Jones. The will was witnessed by Stephen B. Bergen and William Hankins.
