New Jersey Obituaries - 1900 - Bernard Mahon

Bernard Mahon of Long Branch died of Bright’s disease on Saturday of last week. He had been confined to his bed since September. He had undergone ten operations, but failed to get relief. Mr. Mahon was a street and sewer contractor in New York and had macadamized many of the prominent streets in that city. He leaves a widow, a son and two daughters. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus lodge of Long Branch and also of the Phil Daly hose company. His body was taken to Bloomfield, N. J., for burial.
