Levi G. Irwin’s will

The will of the late Levi G. Irwin of Seabright, which was made September 20th, 1895, has been admitted to probate. He left all of his estate to his wife, Sarah S. Irwin, as long as she remains single. Should she marry again the estate is to be equally divided among her and the children. His wife and John W. Slocum were made executors of the will. A codicil was added to the will on January 23d, 1900, and Frank McMahon was made executor of the will in place of John W. Slocum. The will was witnessed by William C. Robbins and Joseph W. Chasey.
