Mrs. Caroline F. Guy, widow of John Guy, died at Atlantic Highlands last Thursday of cancer of the stomach. She was 74 years old and had been sick since last spring. Mrs. Guy was born at Middletown, Connecticut, and had lived in the vicinity of Atlantic Highlands for forty years. Mr. Guy was employed in New York a good many years and during that time the family spent the winters in the city. Mr. Guy died four years ago. Three children survive Mrs. Guy. They are Mrs. Emma Patterson, who lives at home; Mrs. C. J. Jackson of Jersey City and Mrs. C. Morris of Philadelphia. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon at Zion Methodist church at Hillside. Rev. W. W. Johnson had charge of the service. The body was buried in the Navesink burying ground.
