Augustus J. White, formerly of Little Silver, died at Toronto, Kansas, on Saturday, October 10th, aged sixty years. Typhoid pneumonia was
the cause of death. He was a native of Little Silver, but upon the death of his wife about thirty years ago he went to Kansas. He married
a second time and leaves a family in Kansas. Four daughters survive him by his first wife. They are Mrs. W. W. Shampanore of Little Silver,
Mrs. Augustus Morris of Tinton Falls, Mrs. Edwin Leavitt of Elizabeth and Mrs. Roy Smith of Montrose, Colorado. He leaves also four brothers.
They are Benjamin R. and Harrison D. White of Little Silver, and Henry and Ellsworth White of New York.
