Wills - NJ - 1901 - Michael Comar

Michael Comar, who died at his home on Shrewsbury avenue about a month ago, left a will which he made February 7th, 1901. He left everything he possessed to this wife, Delia Comar, for her use and enjoyment as long as she should live, with the privilege of using up any part of the estate, or all of it, if it were needed to support Mrs. Comar or the three children Mr. Comar left. The children are John Joseph Comar, Paul Edward Comar and Michael Christopher Comar. At Mrs. Comar's death the estate which remains is to be equally divided among the three children Mrs. Comar is made the executrix of the will. Mr. Comar owned a house and lot on River street and Mrs. Comar is building a small store on the property. She formerly kept a store at the corner of Shrewsbury avenue and Herbert street.
