Thomas J. Leavey of Seabright died of pneumonia on Monday, aged 47 years. He had been sick only a few days. For the past fifteen years he had been employed as a gardener at Seabright. He leaves a widow, a daughter and two sons. The children are Annie, William and Thomas Leavey. William is employed at New York and Thomas and Annie live at home

The funeral will be held at nine o'clock to-morrow morning at the Holy Cross church at Seabright. Rev. E. J. Egan will officiate and the body will be buried at Mount Carmel cemetery at Long Branch. Mr. Leavey was a member of the Long Branch council of the Knights of Columbus and that organization will turn out in a body at the funeral.
