Mrs. Gazetta R. Letson, wife of Joseph C. Letson of Matawan, died of cancer on Saturday, March 28d, aged 52 years. She had been afflicted with cancer nearly a year and of late she had been a great sufferer. About three months ago she went to the Memorial hospital at New York to have the cancer removed. The doctors decided that her life could not be saved and she returned home without being operated on. Since then she had grown gradually worse. She was the daughter of Hart Moore of Matawan. Besides a husband she leaves two married daughters and a son. Two brothers also survive her.
