George W. Willett, son of Christopher Willett, a native of Middletown, died at his home in New York city on Sunday of old age and general debility. He had pneumonia about a year ago and never fully recovered. He left Middletown fifty years ago, and for a number of years was cashier of the Bull's Head bank. He retired a few year ago. The body was brought from New York on Tuesday and the funeral was held at the Baptist church. The bearers were Richarad Lufburrow, David Wyckoff, Joel Gilson and Capt. George A. Bowne. Mr. Willett was 71 years old.
