Thomas Daire, a well-known resident of Centerville, died suddenly of heart disease last Thursday, aged 71 years. He leaves a wife and six children. The children are Mrs. John McMahon of New York, Mrs. Michael Coles of Cliffwood, Miss Margaret Daire, who went to Europe some time ago; and John, Addie and Theresa Daire, who live at home. The funeral was held on Saturday and the body was buried in St. Joseph's cemetery at Keyport. The bearers were H. Massey, Thomas Davron, Charles Hill, Thomas Brannin, Richard Wallace and James McMahon.
