Obituaries - NJ - 1901 - Charles T. Fardon

Charles T. Fardon of Holmdel township died of bronchial pneumoniea on Saturday, January 19th after a sickness of two weeks. He was 77 years old. A wife,
a son and four daughters survive him. The son is M. A. Fardon, who keeps a general store at Freneau, in Matawan township. The daughters are
Mrs. Amanda Wilson and Mrs. Mary Roberts of Keyport, Mrs. Adelia A. Taylor of Freneau and Mrs. Kate Harkness of Washington, D. C. He leaves also
two brothers, Alfred Fardon of Freehold and Dr. A. P. Fardon of Washington, D.C. and a sister , Mrs. Mary Jackson of Washington, D. C. Alfred Fardon
and Mrs. Jackson are both dangerously sick at their respective homes and they were not told of their brother's death for fear that the news would
prove so great a shock as to hasten their deaths.
