Wills - NJ - 1901 - Mrs. Hannah C. Wells

Mrs. Hannah C. Wells of Navesink, who died some time ago, left a daughter and two sons. The daughter is Mrs. Ellen McKeen and the sons are Quesada and Winfield Scott Wells. The daughter lives in New York and the two sons live at Navesink, where they work at their trade as masons. The daughter is married and has two daughters, Annie and Katie. The two sons are bachelors and live on the homestead property. They are regularly employed by Nimrod Woodward. Mrs. Wells left to her daughter $3,000 in cash, with a proviso that if Mrs. McKeen died before Mrs. Wells, then the $3,000 was to go to Mrs. McKeen's two daughters. All the rest of her estate is to be divided equally between her two sons. Queseda Wells was made the sole executor of the will, which was made May 28th, 1898.
