The will of John A. Beyer of Red Bank, who committed suicide about two months ago, was probated at Freehold last week, Mr. Beyer left a wife but no children. He made his will at Newark, on August 14th, 1899. His wife was made executrix of the will and everything he possessed was left to her absolutely. There were many other provisions concerning the distribution of his estate in case his wife should die before he did, but as his wife survived him these provisions are of no effect.
