Garrett Forman of Englishtown died on Tuesday of last week at the home of his son, Dr. A. C. Forman of Bayonne. He was 71 years old. Mr. Forman was a harness maker by trade and had a shop for many years at Englishtown. At one time he lived at Toms River. He was a justice of the peace for several years and was an elder of the Englishtown Presbyterian church. He was one of the charter members of the Englishtown Knights of Pythias lodge. Mr. Forman leaves four children. Mrs. G. D. Vandenburgh of Englishtown, and Dr. A. C. Forman, Alvah Forman and Mrs. Samuel Laird of Bayonne.
