Wills - NJ - 1901 - Jacob A. W. Hetrick

Jacob A. W. Hetrick of Asbury Park ordered his funeral expenses be paid and that a headstone be erected over his grave. To his wife, Linnie S. Hetrick, he left one-third of his estate. The remaining two-thirds is to be equally divided among his children, Llewellyn E. Hetrick, Samuel L. Hetrick, Laughlin R. Hetrick, Winifred P. Hetrick, Louisa M. Hetrick, Maria DeLamaire Hetrick and Jacob A. W. Hetrick, Jr. Mr. Hetrick ordered that his book accounts, notes or other evidences of indebtedness which he might have against any of his children at the time of his death, should be deducted from each of their shares. The executors were directed to invest all money of the children who are minors until they shall become 21 years of age. Mr. Hetrick appointed his wife, Linnie S. Hetrick, and his sons, Llewellyn E. Hetrick and Samuel L. Hetrick, executors of the will. They were also appointed guardians of the children who are minors. The will was made June 15th, 1899, and was witnessed by Jessie VanDerveer and John E. Lanning.
