Christopher Keough, father of Freeholder John W. Keough of Keyport, died at that place last week, aged 83 years. His death was due to cancer and he had been sick a long time. He was born at Nass, Ireland. He came to this country sixty years ago and 52 years ago he married Miss Leah Pullen of Highstown. He lived at Highstown until ten years ago when he retired from active business and moved to Keyport. A wife and four children survive him. The children are John W. Keough of Keyport, Mrs. Frank Perrine of Jamesburg, Mrs. William Martin of Perth Amboy and Smith Keough of Gardner's Lake, Connecticut.
