Wills - NJ - 1901 - Hannah A. Truex

Hannah A. Truex of Neptune township made Matthias Woolley her executor. Mr. Woolley was directed to convert
all of Mrs. Truex's property into cash as soon as he could without sacrificing any part of the estate; and when
that was done to pay to Mrs. Truex's husband, Henry Truex, $2,000. The rest of the property was ordered to be
divided as follows: One-sixth part to go to Mrs. Truex's husband, Henry Truex in addition to the $2,000 already
bequeathed to him; one-sixth part to be put out at interest and the income thereof to be paid to Mrs. Truex's son,
Otto Truex, and at his death the principal to be divided among his children or legal representatives; one-sixth
part to Mrs. Truex's daughter, Sarah Hendricks, wife of Fred Hendricks; one-sixth part to Mrs. Truex's son, Alva
Truex; one-sixth part to another son, Anthony Truex; and the remaining one-sixth part to another son, Harry Truex.
The will was made May 31st, 1901 with John Hulshart and Thomas Wyncoop as witnesses.
