At Peekskill, N.Y., on Monday, Sep 21, after a long illness, Sarah Emeline Van Zandt, wife of Joseph Torrey, and daughter of the late Gen. Peter Van Zandt.

The relatives and friends of the family, and those of her brothers-in-law, Robert Lane, W. H. Scofield and John Raymond, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, without further notice, from the house of the latter, No. 315 5th av., this (Wednesday) afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
