On Tuesday, Dec 20, Stephen L., second son of the late Dr. Wm. A. Walters, of this city, aged 21 years and 21 days.

The friends of the family are invited to attend his funeral, on Thursday, the 22d inst., at 2 o'clock P.M., from the residence of his mother, No. 263 West 54th st., without further notice.
