In Brooklyn, on Wednesday, Dec 28, at the residence of her son-in-law, John J. Drake, No. 208 Fort Greene place, after a lingering illness, Sarah E., widow of Edward Gunning, esq., in the 67th year of her age.

The relatives and friends of the family, and those of her sons-in-law, Rev. James Thomson, John J. Drake and Welford R. Smith, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, at St. Ann's Church, corner of Sands and Washington sts., Brooklyn, on Saturday, at 2 P.M.
