In Rahway, NJ, on 22d of Second month, of consumption, Martha B. Price, widow of Capt. Benjamin Price.
Her friends, and those of her brother-in-law, Eder Haydock, are respectfully invited to attend her funeral,
from his house, in Rahway, on Fourth day, (Wednesday,) the 24th inst., at 2 o'clock.
