His friends and those of the family are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, on Tuesday, 12th
inst., at 2 o'clock P.M., from his late residence, foot of West 54th st. Carriages will be in
waiting at Rev. Dr. Hutton's Church, on Washington square, until 1 ? o'clock P.M.
