At Nice, France, on Thursday, Dec 31, Capt. George W. Vanderbilt, U.S. Army, youngest son of Cornelius Vanderbilt, of this City, in the 25th year of his age.

The funeral will take place upon the arrival of the remains, of which due notice will be given.
