Suddenly, on Friday, of disease of the heart, George W. Gray, of this City, aged 66 years.

His friends, and those of his son, Henry Peters Gray, are requested to attend his funeral, on Sunday, at 2 P.M., from Mr. Frothingham's Church, in 40th st., between 5th and 6th avs.
