The funeral of Thomas J. O'Callaghan, twenty-three years of age, of 718 Webster Avenue, took place yesterday. There have been four deaths in the family in the last three months. Irene, nine years old, first died from the effects of an operation for appendicitis. The day she was buried, Vinsent, eight years old, succumbed to the disease. Twenty-two hours later the father, Charles J. O'Callaghan, a lawyer, died from shock. Thomas was employed by the American Lead Pencil Company. There are left of the family the widow; Julia, twenty-two years of age; Lizzie, seventeen; Charles, fourteen; Stephen, four, and Loretta, three.
