Whereas, The Board of Directors of The Society for Italian Immigrants has learned with deep regret of the death of Walter Franklin Brush, formerly Vice President and one of the founders of the society; and

Whereas, the memory of his many services, based on a sympathetic interest in the immigrant and a tender understanding of his needs, will not soon be forgotten but will be cherished in the minds of those privileged to be his fellow-workers; therefore be it

Resolved, That this minute be placed upon the records of the society as a perpetual memorial of his devoted service, and that a copy of it be forwarded to his nearest surviving relative.
