George Boyd Martindale, President of the Martindale Agency of Manhattan, which was founded by his father sixty years ago, died of pneumonia on Friday at his home, 189 Rugby Road, Flatbush. Mr. Martindale was born in Newcastle, Ind. He was a member of the Brooklyn Merchants Association, the New York Merchants Association, the Crescent Athletic, and New York Athletic Clubs.

Per death notice in same issue, date of death was Jan 2, 1920. Funeral service at his late home, Monday at 8 P.M. Interment at Tarrytown, NY.
