Obituary for Jacob Frederich Strahley, 1943, Jacob Frederich Strahley, 72, 151 Linden St. SE, painter and highly esteemed citizen of Warren, died at City Hospital of heart complications. He was born in Wurtemburg, Germany, Sept 15, 1872, the son of Frederich and Magdalene Noe Strahley. Mr. Strahley was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, of the Moose, and the Eagles, and of Painter's Local 865. He leaves a son, Raymond of Youngstown; a daughter, Miss Helen Strahley, at home; four grandchildren; two sisters in Warren, Mrs. Margaret Wagner and Mrs. Mary Hertfelder; one sister and one brother in Germany. Mrs. Strahley died in June of last year. Friends may call at the ?? White Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 Wednesday evening. Funeral services in charge of Rev Charles W. Cassell will be held at the funeral home at 2pm, Thursday, with interment in Oakwood.
