Mrs. Ann Lent, 71, former Athens resident, died Sat night at her home, Glouster Route 3. Born in Hocking County, she spent most of her life there before coming to Athens about 2 years ago, then moving to Glouster, her husband John died in 1926.

Survivors include a son Murl, of Columbus, and three daughters, Mrs Aileen Misner, Athens, Mrs Rosie Blosser, Lithopolis, and Mrs Norma Pierson, Lithopolis, besides 11 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted ar 2 pm Tues in the New Straightsville Apolostolic Church by Rev. Orville Newton. Burial will be in New Straightsville Cemetary. Friends may call at the Jagers and Sons funeral home.

"There is an original copy of this in an album at my grandmothers home, Lucinda Lent, daughter in law of Axie Ann, who lives in Zaleski Ohio. I have Mrs. Lent as Axie/Achsah Ann Nye Linegar Lent in my records, and she had more children than there are listed."
