Charles F. Bliss, 67, formerly of Florida, died 10:40 pm Sunday, April 26, 1992, in Winter Song Village, Washington C.H., following several months illness. He was born Jan. 31, 1925, in Pickaway County to Edward C. and Ocie Violet Bliss. He is survived by a son, James Bliss, Oklawaha, Fla.; two grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Stallsmith; a brother, Paul and his wife, Blanche Bliss, all of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, his mother, Ocie Price; a brother and two sisters. Mr. Bliss was a carpenter and a plasterer and had served in the Navy during World War II. Following cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ware Funeral Home.
