Robert Smith, infant son of Newton Franklin "Dick" and Bessie Price Smith died October 2, 1923 in Jacksboro. Funeral services were in Jacksboro and burial in Oakwood Cemetery under direction of the Hess Funeral Home in Jacksboro. He is survived by his parents, N. F. "Dick" and Bessie Smith, a brother, Newton F. Smith Jr. of Jacksboro, and a sister, Leora Smith of Jacksboro.
