LONZO NELSON TAKEN THURSDAY

Lonzo D. Nelson, an aged man, who lived with his daughter Mrs. Lizzie Atkinson, died there at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, of a short illness. Cause of his death is unknown. Surviving are the following children: E. D. Nelson, Vienna; Jack Nelson[,] Parkersburg; Jess Nelson, Akron; Mrs. Iva Atkinson and Mrs. Lizzie Atkinson, Parkersburg and Mrs. Mary Consigil of Central; three brothers, W. W. Nelson, Vienna; H. C. Nelson, Central and Fred Nelson, Vienna; four sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Wheaton, Mason City; Mrs. Eva Headley, Central; Mrs. May Herstberg [sic], Vienna, and Mrs. Julia Mullen, South Parkersburg.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his daughter[.] Burial will be in the Neal [sic] cemetery.
